Before you can start to download files, you will need to create and activate your account. Activating your account is a simple and easy process. Below are sevaral pointers in case you are having trouble activating your new account.
If you enrolled in our demo account program, you will recieve your activation email as soon as we review your request. This could take up to several days since one of our administrations must review your request.
If you enrolled in one of our premium plans, you should receive your activation email within a few minutes of completing your account set up. If you do not, please check your spam folder and be sure to add librarymusicmusicsource.com to your safe senders list.
You can click on the link included in your activation email or copy and paste the link into your browser. You can also log into LibraryMusicSource.com with the user ID and password you created when you first set up your account. After doing so, you will see a message that your account is not yet active. Go to the My Account section of the website and you will be able to add your activation code from there.
Activation codes are sent via email to the email address you entered when you created your account. Therefore, be sure that you have access to the email address you assocaited with your account and that the address is correct and valid. If you have checked this information by logging into your account, please be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder and if necessary add librarymusicsource.com to your list of trusted senders.
If you have already signed in with your user ID, you must enter the same user ID. If you have not signed in be sure to use the same user ID as you used when you set up your account.
You must enter the activation code exactly as it is shown in your activation email.
